How it works
Six steps, and you can see which one your order is on at any time.
1. You send a brief
Five short questions: what you need, the detail, how soon, and where to send the quote. You can attach anything relevant. No account required.
2. A person prices it
Someone reads your brief and sets a fixed price. Not a calculator — a person who can tell whether the work is straightforward or whether something in it needs a conversation first. If the brief is unclear, we ask before quoting.
Quotes hold for seven days. Nothing is charged until you accept.
3. You pay
Payment is taken through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Work starts once the payment clears.
4. A specialist is matched
We assign someone whose background fits the subject and who has room for the deadline. Assignment is deliberate, not automatic — nobody is handed work they are not right for.
5. A second specialist reviews it
Before anything reaches you, a different specialist checks the work against your original brief. If it does not meet it, it goes back. You are not shown drafts that did not pass — you get the version that did.
6. Delivery, then a revision window
The finished work appears on your order page and we email you the link. You then have seven days to ask for a revision if something needs adjusting.
What we will not do
If a brief is outside what we can do well, we say so rather than take it on. A cheap quote on work we cannot deliver properly helps nobody.
