Terms

A quote is a fixed price for the brief as described. It holds for seven days. If the brief changes materially we re-quote, rather than absorbing the difference or quietly cutting scope.

Work begins once payment has cleared and your brief has been reviewed. Payment is taken through our payment provider; we do not hold your card details.

Work is delivered to your order page and you are emailed a link. You have seven days to request a revision where the delivered work does not match the agreed brief.

Revisions cover the brief as agreed. A change of mind about what you wanted is a new brief, and we will quote it as one.

If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund. If work has been delivered and matches the brief, it is not refundable. Disputes are handled by a person rather than a policy page, so contact us.

You are responsible for giving us an accurate brief, for holding any rights in material you send us, and for how you use what we deliver. You confirm that your use of the work complies with any rules, policies or regulations that apply to you.

We treat your brief and files as confidential. We do not publish, resell or reuse your work.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
