Privacy

When you send a brief: your name, email address, the brief itself and any files you attach. When you pay: a payment reference from our provider. We never receive or store your card details.

We also record how you arrived at the site — the page you landed on and the source that referred you — so we can tell which of our own efforts actually help people find us.

We do not put your brief text, file names or academic details into analytics. Behavioural records use identifiers and categories, never the content of what you sent us.

Our operations team, the specialist assigned to your order, and the reviewer who checks it. Files are held in private storage and shared through links that expire.

Our processors: Supabase for database and file storage, Stripe for payments, ZeptoMail for email delivery, and Vercel for hosting.

Order records and files are retained while your order is active and for a period afterwards, so we can answer questions about completed work. Ask us to delete your files sooner and we will.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We set one cookie to keep your session consistent across pages, and one when you sign in. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
