Quality and review

The person who did the work is the worst person to judge whether it answers the brief. They know what they meant. A reviewer only has what you asked for and what was produced, which is the same position you are in.

Whether the work does what the brief asked, whether it is internally consistent, whether anything is missing, and whether the format and references match what was requested.

It goes back to the specialist with specific reasons. A rejection has to say what is wrong — “not good enough” is not a review. The work is resubmitted and reviewed again.

This happens behind the scenes. Your order page shows the work as in progress throughout, because that is what it is.

Review catches whether the work matches the brief. It cannot catch whether the brief matched what you actually wanted. That is what the seven-day revision window is for, and asking for one is normal rather than a complaint.

Your brief and files are visible to the specialist assigned to your order, the reviewer, and our operations team. Files are stored privately and links expire. We do not reuse or publish your work.
